The Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 corridor is a hot bed for luxury development and amenities due to its unique features. It is located alongside the stunning McDowell Mountains, which has largely remained untouched by traditional urban sprawl.
Renowned Chicago developer Belgravia Group has recognized the incredible potential of this area for its new development, Portico, a collection of 112 luxury condominium residences priced from the mid-$600s to $1.9M. Belgravia Group will break ground on Portico’s one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences in Spring 2023. As more and more residents move into Phoenix, the growth is intersecting in the Scottsdale Road and Loop 101 corridor in a high end way.
Already-existing dining options include Chef Scott Conant of “Chopped” fame’s revered restaurant, The Americano, as well as Mastro’s, Toro Latin Restaurant and Rum Bar, The Capital Grille and more.
