Community Outreach Program

Each day, we are confronted with the harsh reality that millions are suffering across the globe, our nation, our state and our city. Great American Title Agency, Inc. believes it is our civic and moral responsibility to share our success with those less fortunate by supporting our local community throughout the Valley of the Sun.

In order to do this, we have developed a unique fundraising program that we call “The Great American Title Community Outreach Program.”

“The Outreach Program” allows Great American Title to donate 7.5% of any non-discounted basic escrow rate to a pre-approved non-profit or not-for-profit organization.  If the transaction is handled by Great American, the buyer or seller simply requests that the donation be made at any time prior to closing to one of the charitable organizations on our approved list.
